Hull were accepted a v3 REGULAR MEETING.; MINUTES. Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Chambers of the City Hall, Monday evening May 28th, 1934 at All Members present except Councilmen Nelson and Oakley. We undersigned asking to change Lot 395 Roseland Park NorthEast Corner Ewing & Robinson from Residence to Commercial. Store room to be in line -with houses. ( 17 signers On Motion of ,Councilman Altf eld this.Petition was referred to the City Plan Commission, along with an Ordz- finance, introduced later. Motion carried. REPORT OF CITY PLANT COMMISSION. - - South Bend; Indtaxa" Mar. 2, 1934.' To the Common Council City of South Bend. Gentlemen :•Petition of E. -C. Noland -et al. for change of Zoning Classification of property on `I West side'of S. Rush Street has been checked -up in this department. While the.original petition bears signers for 62% of this property frontage, a remonstrance filed against this change also contained the names of owners who signed the ptition. -The net frontage thus remaining on the petition is but 40% which is insufficient for a valid.petition, and the same is herewith returned.
