,8pee a Session in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Nednesday evening April 18�h, 1934,
at 8:15 o'clock P. M. All Members present except Councilman Nelson. Vice- President presided.

TO THE.-MEMBERS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA.
You are hereby notified that under and by virtue of the authority by law vested in us as
Councilmen of the City of South Bend, Indiana, a Special Meeting of the Common Council of said
City is hereby called for 7 ::30.o'clock P. M., on Wednesday evening April 18th 1934 or as soon
thereafter as convenient for the purpose of Receiving a Report and for Third Reading and
taking action on the following Ordinance, which Ordinance Title is as follows:
" An Ordinance Ratifying and Confirming an agreement made by and between The New
York Central Railroad Company and The Municipal City of South Bend Indiana, By and
` through its Board of Public Works, Dated the 9th day of April, 193, and Ratifyg
and confirming an agreement attached thereto in the form attached-to be executed by and
I! between the New York Central Railroad Company, The Municipal City of�south Bend
and The State Highway Commission of the State of Indiana, both Agreements Relating to t
Separation of Grades at the crossing of the Main Line of Thew New York Central Railroadi
Company with Western Avenue a n d Walnut Street in the said Cityh.
