ANNUAL MEETING.
MINUTES.
Be it Remembered that the Common Council oft.the City of South Bend,.
Indiana, met in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, on January 8th, 1934 at the
hour of 7:45 o'clock P. M. All Members present. President Nelson presided. 1kis
President Nelson stated that kz it became the duty of the Council to elect Nresiding
Officers for the ensuing year and asked the pleasure of the Council..
Cour=Zlman Goetz makes -a Motion that the present enc=bertnt officers ka remain the
Officers.for the ensuing year. This motion was seconded by Councilman Jaworski._
Motion carried, and Councilman John C. Nelson, will be the President and Councilman
Stephen 4. Grzeskowiak will be Vice — President of the Common Council of the City of-
South Bend, Indiana for the year 1934.
The Clerk casts the vote fdir the Officers elected.
On Motion of Councilman Rokop the Council adjourned at 7 :50 o'clock P. M.
Motion carried.
