MINUTES.
Be it Remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana met in
the Regular Session nin,the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Mondaym evening Octo`bn 0
23rd,-1933 at the hour of 7 :45 ofclock * P. M. All Members present except Councilman
Nelsons' Vice - President Grzeskowiak presided. The Minutes of the previous meeting were
read and on Motion of Councilman Hull were accepted as read.

An Ordinance Transferring the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00) Dollars from One Sub -
-Division to another-Sub- Division in the Department of Public Safety.
The Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading in full and on
Notion of Councilman C.fi#6- was referred to the Cd)rhmittee of the Whole, also that a
Public Hearing be held November 6th, 1933 at 7:30 o'clock P. M. Motion carried.
ORDINANCE N0.
An Ordinance amending Ordinance `No.'2331 adopted by ihe. Common Council of the City
of South Bend, Indiana, on June 25th, 1923, commonly known as Zoning Ordinance.
The Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading in full and
on Motion of Councilman Altfeld was referred to the City Plan Commission: to report back
to the Committee of the Wholep also that a Public Hearing be held November 6th, 1933 at
7 :30 o'clock P. M. Motion carried.
On Motion of Councilman Whiteman the Council adjourned at 89.00 o'clock P. M. Motion
carried.
