Be it Remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana,,mst in the
Regular Smssion in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Monday evening September 11th, 1933
at the hour of 7;50 o'clock p. M. All Members present. President Nelson presided. The Minutes
of the previous meeting were read and on' Motion of Councilman Hull were aeoted as: read:' Motion
