BE IT Remembered that the Common Council of the i #y of South Bend, Indiana, met in
Regular Session in the Council Chambers of the City H 11, Monday evening July 10th, 1933 at
the ho :ra_ f T:55 o'clock P. M. All Members present. President ,Nelson presided. The inutes of
the previous meeting were read and on Motion of Councilman Hull were accepted as read*'' Motion
carried.

REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE.
To the Common Council of the City of South Bend:
' Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred An Ordinance Licensing and Regulating:
Itinerant Produce Dealers. Respectfully report that they have examined the matter, and that in
their opinion the said Ordinance should be reported favorable as amended by adding the f ollowin
words in Section 6. n as shown by affidavit duly signed by such producer and filed with City
by the Council and placed on file.`
