Be it Remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in
Special Session in the $ Council Chambers in the City Hall, Monday evening June 5th, 1933
at the hour of 7 :40 o'clock P. M. All Members present. President Nelson presided.

You are hereby notified that under and by virtue of the authority by lawn vested in us as
Councilmen of the City of South Bend, of the State of Indiana, a Special Meeting of the Common

or as soon thereafter as convenient for the purpose of Receiving and considering a Report

On Motion of Councilman Goetz the Report of the Ways and Means Committee was adopted :' Motion
carried. _
ORDINANCE N0.
An Ordinance Fixing the Salaries of certain City Officials and Employees of the Municipal
City of South Bend, Indiana, and Repealing all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in
- conflict therewith:'
The Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading in full and�oa►
after a general discussion, the Ordinance was referred to the Committee of the Whole
om notion of Councilman Altfeld. Motion carried.
On Motion of Councilman Jaworski the Council adjourned at 7:55 o'clock P :` M: Motion
