W: Goetz, John Q. Nelson Ways and Means Committee.' On Motion of Councilman Goetz the Report of the Ways and Means Committee was adopted :' Motion carried. _ ORDINANCE N0. An Ordinance Fixing the Salaries of certain City Officials and Employees of the Municipal City of South Bend, Indiana, and Repealing all Ordinances and parts of Ordinances in - conflict therewith:' The Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading in full and�oa► after a general discussion, the Ordinance was referred to the Committee of the Whole om notion of Councilman Altfeld.
