MINUTES.
Be it Remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indianan met in
Special Session in the Council Chambers in the City Ha11,.Monday evening April 3rd, 1933,
at the hour of 9 :30 o'clock P. M. All Members present. President Nelson presided.

CALL FOR SPECIAL MEETING

CITY OF SOUTH BEND OF THE COMMON COUNCIL*
to the members of the Common Council of.the City of South Bend, Indiana:
You are hereby notified.that under and by virtue of the authority by law vested in me as
Mayor of the City of South Bend, State of Indiana,, a special meeting of the Common Council
of said city is, hereby called at the hour of 5 :30 o'clock P. M., or as soon thereafter as
convenient, on Monday, April 3 , 1933, for the purpose of considering an.ordinance for
transferring $25,000.00 from the Gasoline Fund, received from the Auditor of State of
Indiana, to the 'General Fund of the City of South Bend for the uses thereof.

ORDINANCE N0, _ 3016.
An Ordinance Transferring $254:000,00 from the Gasoline Fund Received from the Auditor
of the State of Indiana to the General Fund of the City of South Bend, for the-uses thereof.
The Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading in full and
on Motion of Councilman Gustin the Rules -were suspended by the following vote: Nelson,
Whiteman, Rokop, Goetz, Hull, H Jaworski, Altfeld, Hiss, Oakley, Grzeskowiak, Cripe and
Gustin, Ayes 12, Nays it 0. Rules suspended and Ordinance goes to third reading.
The Ordinance was given its third reading-by title, and was placed upon its passage . and
passed by the following vote: Nelson.,-Whiteman, Rokop, Goetz, Hull, Jaworski, Altfeld,
Hiss, Oakley, Grzeskowiak, Cripe and Gustin, Ayes 12, Nays 0. Ordinance adopted.
On Motion of Councilman Goetz the .Council adjourned at 9135 o'clock P. M. Motion carried..
