le'it Remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in
the Special Session in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Monday afternoon, October,
31st., 1932 at 4-:35 o'clock Pe M. All Members present except Councilmen Rokop�aj;d Oakley.
President Nelson presided.

COUNTY OF ST. JOSEPH SS: OF THE COMMON COUNCIL
CITY OF SOUTH BEND
TO THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND., INDIANA:
You are hereby notified that under and by virtue of authority by law vested in me as
Mayor of the City of South Bend, State of Indiana, a special meeting of the Common Council
of said city is hereby called to meet at the hour of four-thirty otolook, or as Boon there-
after as convenient, Monday afternoon, October 31, 1932, for the purpose ofnoonsidering an
ordinance appropriating the sum of Thirty-four Hundred Seventy Dollars ($3470#00) from the
General Fund of the City of South Bend, Indiana., to the Department of Public Safety of the
City of South Bend for the purchase of equipment for its Fire Departments

same to each councilman, upon the date designated, as follows:

ORDINANCE NO*
An Ordinance appropfr1gt1hg-the sum of Thirty-Four Hundred Seventy ($3476 0) Dollars
from the General Fund of the City of South Bend,, Indiana to the Department of Public Safety
�of the City of-South Bend for the Purchase of Equipment for its Fire Department.'
The Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading in full and
on Motion of Councilman Altfeld was referrddto the Committee of - the Whonle, also that a
Public Hearing be held November 14thp.1932 at 7:30,ololook P1,* M. Motion carried.
On Motion of Councilman Gustin the Council adJourned,at 61-045 o'clock P. M. Motion
