in the Department of Board of Public Works , to another appropriation ,thereof:'
The Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading,in full and on
Motion of Councilman Hiss the Rules were suspended by the following vote: Nelson, Whiteman
Rokop Goetz, Hull Jaworski, Altfeld, Hiss, Oakley Grzeskowiak $2*ISs and Gustin, Ayes 1t,
X9;X J Nays 0: Rues suspended and Ordinance goes to third reading.
The Ordinance was placed upon its passage and passed by the following vote: Nelson,
Whiteman, Rokop, Goetz, Hull, Jaworski,Altf eld, Hiss, Oakley, Grzeskowiak and Gustin, Ayes 11,
Nays 00` Ordinance adopted. -

An Ordinance Transferring certain sums of Money fror; certain appropriations in the
Department of Public WoTks of the City of South_Bend, Indianal#., to other appropriations in the
same department.
The Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading in full and on
Motion of Councilman Gustin was referred to the Committee of the Whole*'! Motion carried.'

An Ordinance amending Section Nineteen of Ordinance Nb.'2979 being an Ordinance Regulating
the Operation of Taxicabs.'
The Ordinance was given its first.reading by title, its second reading -in full and on
Motion of Councilman Hull was referred ;to the Committee of the Whole.' Motion carried.'
ORDINANCE NO.
Am Ordinance approving a Lease agreement between the C1-ty of South Bend, Indiana, through
its Board of Aviation Commissioners and the Bendix Aviation Corporation:'
The Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading in full and on
Motion of Councilman Goetz, was referred to the Committee of the Off hole. Motion carried.
On Motion of Councilman Gustin the Council adjourned at 8 :25 o'clock P. M.' Motion Carrie
