MINUTES.
Be it,-Remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in
the Regular Session in the Council Chambers :in the City Hall, Monday evening S=eptember
12th, 1932 at the hour of 7 :45 o'clock P Mo All Members present except Councilmen Oakley
and Gripe:' President Nelson presided: The Minutes of the two previous meetings -were read
and on Motion of Councilman -Hull were accepted as read.` Motion carried.
ORDINANCE N0. 2993:'
An Ordinance Transferring certain sums of MQnney from One appropriation in the
Department of Public Works of the City of South Bend, Indiana, to other appropriations in the
same Ilepartmente:
The Ordinance was given its first reading by title its second reading in full and
on Motion -of Councilman Whiteman the Rules were suspended by the following vote: Nelson,
White oQ z, Hull, Jaworski, Altfeld, Hiss, Grzeskowiak and Gustin, Ayes 10,
Nays a goes to third reading:'
The Ordinance was given its third reading by title, and was placed upon its passage and
passed by the following vote: Nelson, Whiteman, Rokop, Goetz, Hull, Jaworski, Altfeld, Hiss,
Grzeskowiak and Gustin, Ayes 10, Nays 0 Ordinance adopted.'

An Ordinance Transferring One Hundred Dollars ($1000'00) from One Account of toe Health
Department to another account thereof
The Ordinance was-given its first reading by title, its second reading in full and on
Motion of Councilman Hiss the Rules were suspended.by the following vote: Nelson, Whiteman,
Rokop, Goetz, Hull, Jaworski, Altfeld, Hiss, Grzeskowiak and Gustin, Ayes 10, Nays 0, xmdx
