met in the'Regular Session in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Monday evening July 11th,
1932 at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P :' M: , All Members present except Councilmen Hull and
Jaworski President Nelson presided: The Minutes oft the previous meeting were read and oz,

To the Common Council of the City of South Bend:
Your Committee on the inspection and supervision .of the minutes, woulda respectfully
report that they have inspected the mlinutes of the previous meeting of the Council and
found them correct: They _ therefore recommend that the same be approved :' I :' W:' Cripe,
Joseph So Jaworski, Julius Altfeld,- Committee, South Bend, Ind.' Jure 13th, 1932. The repot

To the Common Council of the City of South Bend:
Your Committee of the Whole to whom was referred An Ordinance appropriating the sum of
Seven Hundred Fif y (750:00) Dollars from the _General Fund of the City of South Bend

Indiana, to the Board of Public Works for the Purpose of defraying such cost as the said

Board may deem advisable to expend in an effort to obtain reductions of utility rates.'
Respectfully report that they have examined the matters and that in their opinion the said
