Be it Remembered that the Common•Council-of the City of South Bend,..Indiana, met in the Regular
Session in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Monday evening November 23rd, - 1931,x7 :50

meeting were read and on Motion of Councilman Hull were referred to the Committee on the

PETITION.
To the. Common Council of-the City of South Bend.
We, the undersigned, owners of the property herein described, respectfully, petition your
Honorable Body in accordance =with Ord.' No. 2331, adopted June 25, 1923 and-commonly known. as
the Zoning Ordinance, that - property on south side of Lincoln Highway, starting at Western:
City Limits extending East to first highway that turns south off of Lincoln Highway and to a
depth of 126 feet* be changed from-HBO Residence and „A" height and area, District-to ".CM
