REGULAR MEETING.
MINUTES.
Be it Remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana; met in the
Regular Session in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Monday evening October 26th,1931,
at the hour of 7 :40 o'clock P:' M. All Members-present except Oouncilmam Cripe.` Zkz President
Nelson presided.' The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and on Motion of Councilman -
Hull.were referred:to the Committee on the Inspection and Supervision of Minutes. Lotion carried:'

WHEREAS Patrick A.' Joyce, prominent citizen of the City of South Bend, has bem called
to_ his reward; and

WHEREAS The deceased was, for four years, controller of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
and for eight years a member of the Common Council and had always been A public
spirited citizen during -all his years,;
THEREFORE, BE IT- RESOLVED by the Common Council of the City of South Bends that said Council
extend, to the Bereaved members of the family and relatives of the late Mr Woyce,

their sincere condolence on behalf of the Common Council and other members of the
Administration of the City of South Bend, and of its people in general:
BE IT FURTHER'RESOLVED that representa.tives.of' the Common Council attend the funeral
services of the deceased and take such other_aotion as may be fitting and proper:
