MINUTES.
Be it Remembered that the Common Council.of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the
R%lar Session in tfie.Council Chambers in the City Hall, Monday evening August 24th, 19311
at 9 :55 o'clock P 'M:' All Members present except Councilmen Rokop and Gust in: President
Nelson.presided.` The Minutes of the previous meeting were read and on Motion of- Councilman
Hull'was referred: to the Committee on the Inspection and Supervision of Minutes. Motion Carried.

Your Committee on the inspection and supervision of the minutes, would respectfully report
that they #ave 'inspected the minutes of the previous.zeeting of the Council and found-them

Your Committee of the Whole to whotp was referred An Ordinance changing the name of certain
Streets, Avenues, Boulever4,Couarts� and Places within the City of South Bend, Indiana,
Respectfully report that they have examined the matter, and that in their opinion the said
Ordinance should be reported g favorable as amended: ,Jno C Hiss, Chairman. The report was

Civil City of South Bend, Indianak, for the year beginning January 1st, 1932, and ending
December 31, 1932, including all outstanding claims and obligations and fixing a time when the
sane shall take effect. Respectfully- report that they have examined the matter, and that_ in
