INTRODUCED BY COUNCILMAN JOSEPH-S. JAWORSKI WHEREAS Section 2 of Chapter 99 of the Acts of the General Assembly of the State of Indiana for the year 1931 provide that the Common Council shall fix-each year the amount of the bond to be made payable: to the City of South Bend for the handling of Barrett Law Assessment , Funds; and WHEREAS underthe Act above set-forth, the County- Treasurer by virtue of his office .,of.
