An Ordinance ratifying, confirming and approving a certain' co3itract and agreement made and entered. into by and between the City of South Bend, Indiana by./and-through its Board of: Public Works, and Northern Indiana Railway, Inc.', which said contract relates to °the construction, maintenance, operation and use-of street and interurbanirailway tracks upon certain streets in the City of South.Bend, Indiana: The Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading in full and on Motion of Councilmann. Oakley was referred to the Committee of the Whole: Motion carriedl ORDINANCE N0. An Ordinance fixing the time when various Railroad - .-Companies affected by Grade Separation, as provided for in Modified Resolution No 5 adopted by the Board of Public Works of the City o South Bend and approved by the Common Council thereof, shall commence said-improvement and shall complete said improvement: OolEnoilman Oakley makes Motion to withdraw said Motion to referred the above Ordinance to the Committee os the whole, which was introduced into the CommonCouncil this evening, of Date January 12th, 1931, for first and second reading: Said Motion is seconded and carried.'
