Be it Remembered that the Common Council met in the Regular Session in-the Council Chamber in the City Mall, Monday Evening November 24th, 1930 at the hour of 7:45 -1 o= clock . P. M:' All Members present except Councilman Altfeld. Vice- President Hull presided.'
