Be it Remembered that the Common, Council met in the Special Session in the Council Chamberi
in the City Hall, Monday evening November 17th, 1930 at the hour of 7 :30 o'clock P :` M"! All

Walter I:1 Fegan, Councilman—at-Large of the City of South Bend, having tendered his
resignation and resigned as a member of the Common Council of said City, you are hereby notifies
that a special meeting of the Common Council of said City is hereby called to meet at the hour
of 7 :00 o'clock P:' M. on Monday , November 17th, 1930, at its council chamber, City Hall,
said City, for the purpose of filling the vacancy in the office' of Councilman -at— Large of h thiE
City by the Common Council, as by law.provided:

WHEREAS on account of the resignation of Walter Iol Fegan as Counoilman —at —Large of the Ci y
of South Bend, Indiana, a vacancy has occurred in the office of Councilman —at— Large of this City
of which resignation this Ca�noil was duly informed at its regular session on November 10� 1930; and
WHEREAS a speoial_ meeting of this Council has-been called, of which due notice has been
given to fill said vacancy, therefore:
