The July 14, 2008 meeting of the Utilities Committee of the South Bend Common Council was
called to order by its Chairperson, Oliver J. Davis at 4:10 p.m. in the Council's Informal Meeting
Room.
Committee Members in attendance included Council Members Oliver J. Davis, AI "Buddy" Kirsits,
Ann Puzzello, Thomas LaFountain, Tim Hudak
Others present were: Kathy Cekanski-Farrand, Council Attorney, John Voorde, City Clerk.
UPDATE
Chairperson Oliver J. Davis stated that Gary Gilot had requested that this update be rescheduled
until the august 11, 2008 meeting and will have % hour set aside for an update on Utilities and
2008 paving program.
There being no further business to come before the Committee, Councilmember Oliver J. Davis
adjourned the meeting at 4:12 p.m.
