BILL NO.24-08 -REZONE PROPERTY AT 2801 S. MAIN - ORANGENSAFT
Councilmember Varner made a motion to continue this bill until the July 28, 2008 meeting of the
Council, at the request of the petitioner. Councilmember LaFountain seconded the motion which
carried.
Council Attorney Kathleen Cekanski-Farrand stated that Councilmember Puzzello is working with
the Building Department to tighten and standardize the boarding house definition.
There being no further business to come before the committee, Councilmember Oliver Davis,
Vice-Chairperson, adjourned the meeting at 3:49 p.m.
