The Ordinancewas given its first reading by title, its second reading in full. and Counci Cripe makes a Motion to Suspend Rules, which were voted on by the following vote: Fegan Whiteman, Rokop, daworski, A1tnteld, Hiss, Oakley, Grzeskowiak, Cripe and Gustinz Ayes lE, Naps Rules Suspended and ordinance goes to Third reading..
