Be it- Remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend,. Indiana, met in
Special Session in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Monday evening February 3rd, 1930.
at the hoyrr of 8 :00 o'clock P. M. A11 Members present. President Fegan presided. 2

To the Members-of the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana:
You are hereby notified that under and by virtue of the authority vested in me as Mayor
of the City of South Bend, of the State of Indiana, a special meeting, of the Common Council
of said City is hereby called to meet at the hour of 8:00 P . M. on Monday, February 3, 19309
or as soon thereafter as convenient following a meeting of the Committee. of the Whole Council
on said evening, for the purpose of receiving and considering the following entitled axdt=
ordinancesf,
and
An Ordinance transferring t )Ae xx sum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) from one
Sub - department of the Board of Public Works unto another sub - department of said Board
of- Publia,Works-, and Twenty -five Hundred Dollars ($2500.00) from same sub- department
of another sub- department.
An Ordinance approving a contract with Gerber and Haley g for the repair of the City Hall.

An Ordinance approvin& a.contract between the City of South Bend and Gerber & Haley
for the Repair-of the City Hall.
The _Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading in full and QamnRil

The Ordinance was given its first reading by title, its second reading in full and
