Be it Remembered that the Common Council of the City of SouthcBend, State of Indiana, met in`the Regular Session in the Council Chambers in the City Hall, Monday Evening December lair 23rd; 1929 at the hour of 7:35 o'clock P. 11. All members present except •Councilman Aranowski. President Beyer presided. The Minuetes of the two previous meetings were read and' on Motion of Councilman Gall were referred to the Committee on the Inspection and Supervision of Minutes. Motion Carried. OFFICIAL BOND OF GLADYS M. MONROJJ CITY CLERK. The Official Bond of GladysM Monroe, City Clerk, principal and The Standard Accident Insurance Company, of Detroit, Michigan by F. M. Bamberg, its Attarney - in- fact,as Surety to the City of South Bend and to the Members of the Common Council of said City for its Approval, Amount of Bond 5000.00. Said term for four years beginning from the `6th'day of January; 1930, at Noon, and , until -her successor shall- -be elected and qualified. On Motion of Councilman Fegan the Bond was Qxcepted and approved. Motion carried. PETITION: South Bend, Ind. Dec. 14, 1929. The City Plan Commission does not recommend this change. The attention of the- Council is also called to the fact that the description of the territory included in the proposed change embrace territory which is now classified as Commercial. ,Yours trulym, D.
