Hutchinson, one of our no blest citizens, whose untimely death occurad today. IE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, out of respect to this former member of our, body that the City Clerk be directed\,to forward a copy of this resolution to the btreaved family of this man whose civic spirit was 'so no hiy ex�mplifi.ed in his every aQt and that. this, resolution be spread on the minutes. of this meeting.
