GAMMON Clerk ORDINANCE NO. 4 AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00) FROM THE SEWAGE WORKS DEPRECIATION FUND OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND STATEMENT OF PURPOSE AND INTENT: It is the purpose and intent of this ordinance to appropriate five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) from the Sewage Works Depreciation Fund.for the acquisition of easements and sewer improvements as they presently exist in the River Commons Subdivision of Clay Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana, from the South Bend Federal Savings & Loan Association of South Bend, Indiana. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, as follows: SECTION I. The following account shall be increased in the amount set forth as follows: Account Description Amount 740.0 Real Estate Acquisition $5,000.00 Total $5,000.00 SECTION II. These funds will be used to acquire easements, sewer lines, facilities and improvements which presently exist in the River Commons Subdivision of Clay Township. These items are to be purchased from the South Bend Federal Savings & Loan Association. If you have any questions with regard to this matter, you may, of course, feel free to contact me.
