Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in.Regular Session in the
Countil Chambers in the City Hall on Monday, August 30, 1965, at 2 :55 A.M., with all members present"
except Councilman Walter Glass who is critically ill. The Meeting was called to order by the President
Councilman John L. Hunter, Jr., who presided.

Oouncilman Allen made a motion that the report of the Ways and Means Committee be
incorporated in the Budget for 1966. Councilman Wise seconded the motion. Motion carried.
Councilman Smith made a motion the Council adjourn and reconvene on Wednesday, September 1, 1965,
at 7 :00 P.M. Councilman Palmer seconded the motion. Motion carried. 3 :30 A.M.
