The Meeting was called to order by the President Councilman John L. Hunter, Jr., who presided. Motion carried. Councilman Smith made a motion the Council adjourn and reconvene on Wednesday, September 1, 1965, at 7 :00 P.M. Councilman Palmer seconded the motion. Motion carried. 3 :30 A.M.
