Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of Whole in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall on Monday, April 13, 1964, at 8:00 P.M., with all members present except
Councilman Wise. The meeting was called to order by Councilman Edwin T. Smith, Chairman, who presided.
ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702
(142 So. Meade Street)
This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given
an opportunity to be heard thereon. Speaking in favor of the proposed Ordinance was Mr. J. Chester Allen, Attorn
for Mr. DeWitt Marshall, and several homeowners. Councilman Muszynski made a motion that the ordinance go to the
Council as favorable. Councilman Geib seconded the motion. Motion carried.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING
ORDINANCE NO. 3702, AS AMENDED.
(Kemble, Webster, Dubail & Bruce Streets)
This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given
an opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Glass made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as
favorable. Councilman Hunter seconded the motion. Motion carried.

(Webster, Swygart, Prairie & Donald Sts.)
This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given
an opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Muszynski made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as
favorable. Councilman Palmer seconded the motion. Motion carried.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702
(Notre Dame, Napoleon and 5 lots West of Lawrence St.)
This being the time heretofore set,for.public hearing on the above Ordinance; proponents and opponents were given
an opportunity to be.heard. thereon. Councilman Hunter .made a motion that the ordinance go to the Council as
favorable. Councilman.Muszynski.seconded the motion. Motion carried.-
ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION IN THE PARK DEPT. 7- $375.00
This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above ordinance, proponents and opponents were given
an opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Muszynski made a motion that the ordinance be held over until
April 27th and Mr. Paul Boehm be notified to attend the meeting. Councilman Hunter seconded the motion. Motion
carried.
