in the Council Chambers in the City Hall on Monday, February 24, 1964 at 8 :00 P.M., with all members present.
The meeting was called to order by Councilman Edwin T. Smith, Chairman, who presided.
ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702
(142 So. Meade Street)
Due to the absence of Mr. J. Chester Allen, who is representing Mr. DeWitt Marshall, the petitioner, Councilman
Muszynski made a motion that the ordinance be reset for public hearing on March 23rd, 1964. Councilman Glass
seconded the motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Hunter made a motion to adjourn.
Councilman Geib seconded the motion. Motion carried and the Committee of the Whole Meeting adjourned at 8 :04
