Council Chambers on Monday, May 27, 1963,.at 8 :05 P.M., with all members present except Councilman Tellson. The
meeting was called to order by Councilman T. W. Lehman, Chairman, who presided.
ORDINANCE '
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, COMMONLY KNOWN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
(Relative to procedure of Amendments)
This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Kroll made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable.
Councilman Allen seconded the motion. Motion carried.
ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, COMMONLY KNOWN
AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA,
AS AMENDED (Section 17 -A)
This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given an
opportunity to.be heard thereon. Councilman Coleman made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable
Councilman Allen seconded the motion. Motion carried.

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN TERRITORY
TO THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA (York and Jackson Roads)
This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given anil
opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Ladewski made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorabl .
Councilman Kroll seconded the motion. Motion carried.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702
(Land bounded by Kendall, Calvert, Franklin and Ewing)
This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Kroll made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable.
Councilman Ladewski seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Councilman Coleman seconded the motion. Motion carried and the Committee of the Whole Meeting adjourned at 8 :17 P
