COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING
APRIL 8, 1963
Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall on Monday, April 8, 1963, at 8 :09 P.M., with all members present. The meeti
was called to order by Councilman T. W. Lehman, Chairman, who presided.
ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 4381 - - -61, AND COMMONLY KNO14N AS THE
BUILDING CODE FOR THE CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Kroll moved that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Council-
man Muszynski seconded the motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Muszynski moved to adjourn.
Councilman Glass seconded the motion. Motion carried and the Committee of the Whole meeting adjourned at 8:10 P.M.
