COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING
REGULAR MEETING JUNE 25, 1962
Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole, in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall on Monday, June 25, 1962, at 8 :12 P.M., with all members present except Council
man Coleman. The meeting was called to order by Councilman T. W. Lehman, Chairman, who presided.
UIORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN THE SANITATION FUND - $15,767.55
This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given
an opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Kroll made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable
Councilman Allen seconded the motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Kroll made a motion to adjourn.
Councilman Allen seconded the motion. Motion carried and the Committee of the Whole meeting adjourned at 8:13 P.M.
