COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING
APRIL 23, 1962
Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole in
the Council Chambers in the City Hall on Monday, April 23, 1962, at 8 :10 P.M., with all members present except
Councilman Muszynski. The meeting was called to order by Councilman T. W. Lehman, Chairman, who presided.
ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN THE - STREET AND TRAFFIC FUND - $50,000.00
The public hearing on the above Ordinance having been continued from the April 9, 1962, meeting, Councilman Allen
made a motion that the Ordinance be continued in the Committee of the Whole until the next regular meeting of the
Council. Councilman Coleman seconded the motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Coleman made a motion to
adjourn. Councilman Kroll seconded the motion. Motion carried and the Committee of the Whole Meeting adjourned
at 8:11 P.M.
