COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING
REGULAR MEETING
FEBRUARY 26, 1962
Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole in
the Council Chambers on Monday, February 26, 1962, at 8:03 P.M., with all members present. The meeting was called
to order by Councilman,T. W. Lehman, Chairman, who presided.
ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 3913 (AS AMENDED) (ELECTRICAL INSPECTION)
Councilman Muszynski made a motion that this Ordinance be continued in the Committee of the Whole until the March
12th meeting of the Council. Councilman Kroll seconded the motion. Motion carried.
ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 3702, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, AS AMENDED (Fairs, displays, shows and exhibits)
This being the time heretofore set for public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given an
opportunity to be heard thereon. Councilman Krueper made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable.
Councilman Allen seconded the motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Muszynski made a motion to
adjourn. Councilman Ladewski seconded the motion. Motion carried and the Committee of the Whole meeting adjourned
at 8 :06 P.M.
