NOTICE OF CANCELLATION OF SPECIAL MEETING

We, the undersigned members of the Common Council, having. heretofore requested a Call.for a Special Meeting of the
Common Council at the City Hall at 7 :00 P.M., on the 1st day of February, 1962, for the purpose of acting upon the
following:
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ADDITIONAL TRACT OF LAND AS A PART OF PROPOSED LOW RENT-HOUSING
PROJECT IND. 15 -3, WHICH TRACT CONSISTS OF APPROXIMATELY TWO AND ONE -HALF (2 -1/2) ACRES OF
LAND LYING SOUTH OF HOWARD STREET AND EAST OF JACOBS STREET IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND,
INDIANA,
herewith request that said Special Call be cancelled and that no meeting be held at that time.
