SPECIAL MEETING
President Kroll called the Regular Meeting to order at 1:51 P.M.
ROLL CALL
JANUARY 26, 1962
PRESENT: Councilmen Kroll, Allen, Ladewski, Tellson, Coleman, Glass, Krueper, Lehman and Muszynski.
ABSENT: None.
REPORT OF THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE
To the Common Council of'the City of South Bend:
Your Committee of the Whole, to whom was referred A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ADDITIONAL TRACT OF LAND AS A PART OF
PROPOSED LOW RENT HOUSING PROJECT INC. 15 -3, WHICH TRACT CONSISTS OF APPROXIMATELY TWO AND ONE -HALD (2 -1/.2) ACRES
OF LAND LYING SOUTH OF HOWARD STREET AND EAST OF JACOBS STREET IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, Respectfully
report that they have examined the matter and that in their opinion it should go to the Council as favorable.

Councilman Lehman made a motion that the report be accepted and placed on file. Councilman Muszynski seconded the
motion. Motion carried.
Councilman Allen moved for a recess of ten to fifteen minutes. Councilman Lehman seconded the motion. Motion
carried. Meeting recessed at 1:52 P.M.
Meeting reconvened at 2:01 P.M.
RESOLUTION
A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN ADDITIONAL TRACT OF LAND AS A PART OF PROPOSED LOW RENT HOUSING PROJECT
IND., 15 -2, WHICH TRACT CONSISTS OF APPROXIMATELY TWO AND ONE -HALD (2 -1/2) ACRES OF LAND LYING
SOUTH OF HOWARD STREET AND EAST OF JACOBS STREET IN THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA
Councilman Lehman made a motion that the Resolution be carried over until the next meeting of the:Council and a -Call
be issued for a Special Meeting on Thursday, February 1, 1962, at 7:00 P.M. Councilman Allen seconded the motion.
Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Special Meeting of the Council, Councilman Muszynski made a
motion to adjourn. Councilman Ladewski seconded the motion. Motion carried and the meeting adjourned at 2 :05 P.M.
