REGULAR MEETING NOVEMBER 14, 1960
Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole in
the Council Chambers, City Hall, Monday, November 14, 1960, at 8:07 P.M., with all members present. The meeting
was called to order by Councilman T. W. Lehman, Chairman, who presided.
ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND SUPPLEMENTING ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 3702,
AS HERETOFORE AMENDED AND SUPPLEMENTED (2806 Lincolnway West)
This Ordinance was continued from October 24th, 1960. Councilman Glass made a motion that the Ordinance go to the
Council as favorable. Councilman Tellson seconded the motion. Motion carried.
ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN THE OFFICE OF THE CITY,
CLERK IN THE AMOUNT OF $750.00
This being the time set for public hearing on this Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given and opportunity
to be heard thereon. Councilman Kroll made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman
Muszynski seconded the motion. Motion carried.

Ladewski seconded the motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business to come before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Muszynski made a motion to
adjourn. Councilman Kroll seconded the motion. Motion carried and the Committee of the Whole meeting adjourned
at 8:17 P.M.
