ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 4148 WHICH AMENDED
ORDINANCE 3702, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF SOUTH BEND

Mr. M. B. Smith. Councilman Krueper stated that he had attended the public hearing before the Planning Commission
and was of the opinion that Mr. Baker, petitioner, was very vague in his plans for the proposed structure.
Councilman Krueper then made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as unfavorable. Councilman Coleman
seconded the motion. Motion carried.
