COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING
JULY 11, 1960
Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole in the
Council Chambers, City Hall, on Monday, July 11, 1960, at 8:05 P.M., with all members present. The meeting was called
to order by Councilman T. W. Lehman, Chairman, who presided.
ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN GENERAL FUND
$14,662.26 AND STREET AND TRAFFIC FUND $1,200.00
This being the date set for the public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given an oppor-
tunity to be heard. Councilman Kroll made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman
Tellson seconded the motion. Motion carried.
ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE FOR ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS IN CITY PLAN
COMMISSION FUND $975.00
This being the date set for the public hearing on the above Ordinance, proponents and opponents were given an oppor-
tunity to be heard. Councilman Muszynski made a motion that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Council-
man Kroll seconded the motion. Motion carried.
There being,no further business to come before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Muszynski made a motion to
adjourn. Councilman Kroll seconded the motion. Motion carried and the Committee of the Whole Meeting adjourned
at 8:15 P.M.
