SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 25, 1958

This being the time set for the continued special meeting of the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
the meeting was called to order at 7:38 P.M. In the absence of Stanley C. Korpal, President, and upon the approval
of the members present, Joseph T. Kroll called to meeting to order. Since there was not a quorum present, the meetin,
was continued and recessed until Monday, December 1, 1958, and the business scheduled for this Special Meeting will
be taken up at the Special Meeting on December 1, 1958, at 8 :00 P.M.
Councilman Muszynski made a motion that the meeting be adjourned and recessed until Monday, December 1, 1958, and
that the Clerk be directed to notify all Council Members to that effect. Councilman Tellson seconded the motion.
Motion carried. Meeting adjourned at 7 :40 P.M.
