COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE MEETING:
NOVEMBER 24, 1958
Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole,
in the Council Chambers at 8:19 P.M., Monday, November 24, 1958, with all members present except Councilman Carr.
In the absence of Councilman Carr, Chairman of the Committee of the Whole, President Korpal requested Councilman
Hahn to act as Chairman.
ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FROM THE GENERAL FUND $2,500.00 TO HEALTH DEPARTMENT
ACCOUNT NO. W0264- -AGED AND AGING HEALTH PROGRAM, ALL OF THE BUDGET FOR THE
CIVIL CITY OF SOUTH BEND, INDIANA, FOR 1958 AND DECLARING AN EXTRAORDINARY
EMERGENCY
Proponents and opponents were given an opportunity to be heard on this Ordinance. Councilman Erler made a motion
that the Ordinance go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Kroll seconded the motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Korpal made a motion to adjourn.
Councilman PZaszynski seconded the motion. Motion carried and the Committee of the Whole Meeting adjourned at
8:21 P.M.
