NOVEMBER 12, 1958
A Special Meeting of the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, heretofore set for November 12, 1958,
was called to order at 8 :08 P.M., by President Stanley C. Korpal. President Korpal announced that since there was
not a quorum present, the meeting would atand adjourned and continued until 7 :30 P.M., Friday, November 14, 1958.
Councilman Kroll made a motion that the meeting be adjourned and continued until 7:30 P.M., Friday, November 14, 1958,
and that the City Clerk be directed to notify all Councilmen of the meeting. Councilman Muszynski seconded the
motion. Motion carried. The President then directed Anthony J. Sabo, Clerk of the Board of Public Works and Safety,
to be at the door to the Council Chambers before 7 :30 P.M., on Friday, November 14, 1958, to instruct all members of
the Council where the meeting shall be if the Court is in session and the Council Chambers are not available.
Mayor Voorde was present and expressed his appreciation to the Councilmen who did attend the meeting on the Special
Call.
