NOVEMBER 10, 1958
This being the date heretofore set for the Regular Meeting of the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana,
the Meeting was called to order by President Stanley C. Korpal at 8 :49 P.M., and President Korpal announced that
since there was not a quorum present, the meeting would stand adjourned until the next Regular Meeting and all
business on the Agenda for this meeting would be continued until November 24, 1958, the next Regular Meeting Night.
