Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Committee of the Whole in
the Council Chambers, Monday, April.28, 1958, at 8:14 P.M., with all members present. The meeting was called to
order by,Councilman Carr, Chairman, who presided.
RESOLUTION
PETITION FOR AUTHORITY TO ISSUE BONDS, NOTES, INTERIM CERTIFICATES, DEBENTURES OR
OTHER EVIDENCES OF INDEBTEDNESS

Proponents and opponents were given an opportunity to be heard on this Resolution. Councilman Hahn made a motion
IIIthat the Resolution go to the Council as favorable. Councilman Kroll seconded the motion. Motion carried.
There being no further business before the Committee of the Whole, Councilman Hahn made a motion to adjourn.
k Councilman Kroll seconded the motion. Motion carried and the Committee of the Whole meeting adjourned at 8:25 P.M.
