SPECIAL MEETING
DECEMBER 6, 1971
Be it remembered that the Common Council of the City of South Bend, Indiana, met in the Coun-
cil Chambers in the County -City Building on Monday, December 6, 1971 at 7:05 P. M. with eight
Council Members, one absent, ( Councilman Grounds). The meeting was called to order by Council
President Robert O. Laven. He directed the City Clerk to read the Notice of Special Meeting
of the Common Council, that was received by each Councilman.
TO THE MEMBERS OF THE COMMON COUNCIL
NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING OF THE COMMON COUNCIL
You are hereby notified that there will be a "Special Meeting" of the Common Council of the
City of South Bend, Indiana, on the 6th day of December, 1971, at 7:00 o'clock P. M. local
time, in the Council Chambers, County City Building, for the purpose of:
1st. and 2nd. reading on:
=SAN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A LEASE AND TRUST
INDENTURE AND THE ISSUANCE OF ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT REVENUE
BONDS PERTAINING TO SERVICE PRINTERS INC.
The Chief of Police or any member of the Police Force is directed to serve a copy of this
notice to each member of the Common Council and make due return hereon.

ORDINANCES, FIRST AND SECOND READING
ORDINANCE
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A
LEASE AND TRUST INDENTURE AND THE ISSUANCE OF
ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT REVENUE BONDS PERTAINING
TO SERVICE PRINTERS INC.
The ordinance was given first reading by title and second reading in full. Councilman Reinke
made a motion, seconded by Councilman Craven, that the ordinance be set for public hearing on
December 13, 1971. Motion carried. 8 ayes, 0 nays, 1 absent (Councilman Grounds)
Councilman Reinke introduced Mr. Michael Infalt and Mr. Joseph Dillon, Co- Owners of Service
Printers Inc.
Councilman Laven made a motion, seconded by Councilman Craven, for adjournment. Motion carried
