I. EXECUTIVE SESSION- 11:00 A.M – Comstat Room, South Bend Police
Department, 701 W. Sample Street, South Bend, IN: The Police Department Merit Board will
meet in the Executive Session prior to the Regular Meeting of the Board for purposes specified
as follows: IC 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(6)(a) to receive information concerning alleged misconduct
over whom the Board has jurisdiction, and 5-14-1.5-6.1(b)(19) to have communications with
an attorney that are subject to the attorney client privilege.
