At its August 25, 2026 meeting, the Board of Public Works approved the Final
Change Order for this project, for an additional eighteen (18) Days. The final contract
amount is $49,995.
In addition, the Project Completion Affidavit for this project was approved in the
amount of $49,995. Copies of the Change Order and Project Completion Affidavit are
enclosed for your records.

Arnt Asphalt Co. has requested an additional 18 days due to inclement weather, specifically colder temperatures lasting longer into the spring and a high level of rain. The material used requires a window of multiple warm weather days without rain in a row in order to meet installation specifications.
