A part of the Southeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 33, Township 38 North,
Range 2 East, in the City of South Bend, German Township, St. Joseph County, Indiana,
described as follows: Commencing at the southeast corner of said Northeast Quarter; thence
North 00 degrees 34 minutes 14 seconds West 527.98 feet along the east line of said Northeast
Quarter; thence South 89 degrees 15 minutes 00 seconds West 40.00 feet to the west boundary of
Bendix Drive; thence South 00 degrees 34 minutes 14 seconds East 125.48 feet along said
boundary to the Point of Beginning; thence continuing South 00 degrees 34 minutes 14 seconds
East 45.00 feet along said boundary; thence South 89 degrees 25 minutes 50 seconds West 23.08
feet; thence North 00 degrees 34 minutes 10 seconds West 45.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees
25 minutes 50 seconds East 23.08 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 0.024 acres, more or
less.
