• USEPA approved Rick Brown with WSP /Parsons Brinckerhoff as Project
Coordinator on October 26, 2015
• OMPs, as required in Paragraph 41 of the Consent Order, were submitted
for each company to USEPA RMP on November 4, 2015
• Amec Foster Wheeler (AFW) will complete Work Plan and FSP for RI/FS
WSP /Parsons Brinckerhoff (WSP/PB) will complete the QAPP and initial
CSM
• Each company (AFW and WSPlPB) will complete a HASP
• Monthly teleconferences the first week of each month will be initiated
between USEPA RMP, WSPlPB, and AFW. November teleconference
held November 3, 2015; Monthly Project Status Report due the 15`h of
each month.
2.0 SUMMARY OF RELEVANT FINDINGS
WSP/PB and AFW staff reviewing and summarizing data accumulated over the
last 20 years by various other parties.
3.0 SUMMARY OF DIFFICULTIES ENCOUNTERED
No difficulties were encountered during the reporting period
