Project progress to date includes completion of the 10% preliminary design <br />package, authorization and ongoing development of 40% design phase. <br />Staff requests that the Redevelopment Commission approve $300,000 from River East Residential TIF <br />to cover the remainder of the design costs. <br />Staff recommends approval <br />
